Services and Fees

Consulting and Therapy

  • Initial family intake/consult $150/Hr
  • Speech/Language Assessment $190 (Insurance accepted, please check your policy coverage)
  • Speech/Language Therapy $140/Hr (Insurance accepted, please check your policy coverage)
  • Occupational Therapy Assessment $280 (Insurance accepted, please check your policy coverage)
  • Occupational Therapy $210/Hr (Insurance accepted, please check your policy coverage)
  • Reading Clinic $65/Hr
  • Phone conferencing $150/Hr
  • IEP/504 Plan School Meetings $150/Hr

Social Language Groups

  • Club CLUE or Teen TALK small group $47.50 per session paid monthly
  • Individual session $65/Hr

Attendance Policy for Social/Language Groups
Groups meet weekly for a calendar month. The planning for each group is prescriptive with your child's needs in mind. The Metro West Staff is diligent in assessing the needs of each student to make sure they are matched with appropriate peers, therefore it is very important that each child attend as many sessions as possible. Students will be allowed 3 absences per calendar year with credit given for a future session.  If you forget your group time or do not call at least 2 hours in advance of the absence you will be billed for the missed session.

 

Tutoring

  • Individual one-hour sessions are $65.00

Attendance Policy for Tutoring
Parents must call and cancel scheduled sessions a minimum of 2 hours in advance or they will be billed for the missed session.  Tutors plan schedules and lessons with your child in mind and appreciate your commitment to arrive at sessions promptly.

Payment

Social Language Group payment is due on or before the beginning of each new group.  Tutoring is due at the time of service.  We are happy to accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.  We can keep your credit card information on file if you wish.
